Intergenerational Relations Forum

The Intergenerational Relations Forum connects RC students, faculty and alumni with Ann Arbor community members of all ages. It bridges gaps between generations by creating supportive networks through which people can exchange stories, ideas and opinions. The forum allows students to enrich their college experiences by enabling them to share perspectives with people that they would not typically meet at the University.

Forum members volunteer at the Glacier Hills Manor for senior citizens where they assist with concerts, crafts, sports and holiday activities. They also volunteer at the Pound House Preschool in Ann Arbor.

Anyone and everyone interested is welcome to contact forum leaders to get involved, no matter what age! Come to one of the meetings or email Katherine if you're interested. Visit Glacier Hills Assisted Living Center residents with forum members to play Bingo, help out at a concert, decorate for holidays and birthdays, or just chat with some really amazing people.

Our forum meets Thursdays at 8 pm in 3rd Tygre Lounge.
